1. Set up the trigger for your Gmail-to-Miro workflow by clicking 'Trigger'.

2. Choose 'Gmail' as your trigger app to keep an eye on incoming messages and attachments.

3. Now, select which specific Gmail event will set your automation in motion.

4. Connect your Gmail account so Zapier can securely access your attachments.

5. Choose specific Gmail labels to narrow down which messages will activate your workflow.

6. Focus on your chat-related emails by selecting the CHAT label for your automation.

7. Add any additional filters to make sure only the right attachments make it to Miro.

8. Click 'Test trigger'.

9. Choose 'Miro' as your action app to transform those attachments into visual boards.

10. Specify what you want Miro to do with the content coming from your Gmail.

11. Connect your Miro account to enable the board creation magic.

12. Pick which existing Miro template should serve as the blueprint for your new boards.

13. Adjust any additional Miro settings like board name, privacy, or team access.

14. Click 'Test step'.

15. Once the test is done, click 'Publish' to activate your Zap.
