Guide

1. Log in to Zapier and click "Create" then "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Select "Google Forms" from the app options.

4. Choose "New Form Response" as your trigger event.

5. Connect your Google account to give Zapier access to your forms.

6. Select the specific Google Form you want to monitor.

7. Test the trigger to make sure Zapier can detect new form submissions correctly.

8. Click "Action" and search for MailerLite to set it as your action app.

9. Select an action event, such as "Create or Update Subscriber" to add your Google Forms respondents to your email list.

10. Connect your MailerLite account when prompted.

11. Map your Google Forms fields (email, name, responses) to the corresponding MailerLite subscriber fields and groups.

12. Run a test to verify that Google Forms data is properly syncing with your MailerLite account.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
