  1. Click Create and give your page a title like "Project Glossary."

  2. Add a 2-column table using the /table macro for terms and definitions.

  3. Arrange entries alphabetically to make browsing easier.

  4. Insert a /table of contents macro at the top to enable quick navigation.

  5. Click Publish and then Share the page to make it accessible and keep it up to date.
