1. • Note that you cannot change the default list on your teams account, however, you can share your own filter with them which allows them to quickly see the same columns as you do.

   • To begin, go to the type of items you wish to share a specific view of.

2. Go to the List view of your items, located at the top left for Deals.

3. Open the filters menu from the top right button with a small filter icon and the current filter name.

4. Go to the Filters tab.

5. Either create a new filter or open options for a filter of your choice from the list.

6. Ensure you set the visibility to Shared.

7. And check the "Save selected columns..." box.

8. Click on Save.

9. Now, anyone you wish to share your personal view with can open their filter menu.

10. And select the exact same filter to view the same items you do.
