How Connect ClickUp to Google Calendar for Deadline Tracking with Zapier



Guide

  1. Click on the 'Create' button and select 'Zaps'.

  2. Search for 'ClickUp' as the trigger app.

  3. Select the trigger event.

  4. Connect your ClickUp account.

  5. Select the workspace, space, and list to monitor. Click 'Continue'.

  6. Click 'Test trigger' to test.

  7. Click 'Continue with selected record'.

  8. Search for 'Google Calendar' as the action app.

  9. Select an action event to add a new event for each task.

  10. Click 'Allow' to let Zapier access the google account.

  11. Set up the event details by mapping the ClickUp data to Google Calendar. Click 'Continue'.

  12. Zapier will create a sample calendar event based on a ClickUp task. Test the zap by clicking 'Test step'.

  13. Once the test is successful, click 'Publish'.
