1. Navigate to and open the type of items you wish to view.

2. To view columns and add new ones, enter the List viewing mode from by top left.

3. Locate the small gear icon at the end of all headings on the right side. Click to view options.

4. Notice two divisions of headings marked as Visible and Not Visible, you can customize and select which ones you would like to show up in the list view.

5. Additionally, you can create and add a new column from the + Custom field option.

6. Click on + Custom field and then select the type of item you wish to add a field for.

7. Enter the name and type for the new field.

8. Click on Save.

9. By default, the new field created is visible. To customize and manage many columns, go to the gear icon again.

10. Select and optimize the fields for the best viewing experience.

11. You now know how to create, add and manage which columns show up in the list view.
