Click on the top right profile icon to view options.
Go to Personal preferences.
Go to the Billing section under Personal preferences.
Scroll down to find the cancellation section.
Locate and click on the Cancel my subscription option.
Pick a reason and click on Continue to cancel.
Fill the details as required and then proceed to confirm your choice by clicking on Cancel my plan.
