1. Go to the 'Quick Actions' menu and click 'Create newsletter'.

2. If you are creating a new newsletter, select a template by clicking 'Use template' and proceed to the editor.

3. Click on the image to select it. When selected, the image will typically be outlined or highlighted.

4. With the image selected, look for the toolbar that appears near the image or at the top of the editor.

5. Click the 'Trash' icon to remove the picture.

6. After deleting the image, make sure to save your changes by clicking 'Save and exit'.

7. By following these steps, you can easily delete a picture in the GetResponse newsletter editor.
