1. Navigate to the item you wish to follow such as a contact or deal.

2. Click on the item to open its detailed view.

3. On the top right, you will find a followers count with a drop down menu. Click to view options.

4. You can choose to follow this item yourself or add other followers with sufficient permissions. Simply click on Start following to follow.

5. If you wish to add others as followers, click on the + Add a follower option.

6. Use the dropdown menu to select users.

7. Click on their name to add.

8. And you're done! Close the menu to view changes.

9. Your follower count should be updated to account for the new people.
