Go to the Dropbox website or open the app and log in to your account.
Navigate to the specific file or folder whose history you want to check.
Right-click on the file (or click the three dots next to it).
Select Activity from the dropdown menu, then click Version history.
This will show you previous versions of the file, along with the dates they were saved.
