Guide

1. Navigate to Setup in the top right.

2. Search for Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find and select it.

3. Click on New to create a Lightning App.

4. Select App Page to build a Flexipage app.

5. Or Select the Record page App, as that also qualifies as a Flexipage.

6. Flexipages are pages that are independent to be accessed on a desktop or a mobile device.

7. Provide a name to your Flexipage app and hit Next.

8. Select the App Page Layout and hit Done.

9. You can now build your own Lightning app, which can be accessed independently across desktop and mobile.
