Navigate to https://trailhead.salesforce.com
Hit the Sign Up button.
Select Salesforce as your mode of Sign-up.
Choose from your existing Salesforce account to log in.
Hit the Read button to go through the Intro and activate the Learn button.
You are now in the Trailhead Dashboard!
