Navigate to 'Pages' located at the left side menu of your WordPress dashboard.
Edit the page or post where you want to add the form by clicking 'Edit'.
Click the block inserter.
Go to the search bar and search for 'Contact Form'.
Once you have added the 'Contact Form', customize your form fields however you like it.
Click 'Save' to apply changes.
