1. Click 'Sign-up forms' to add a dynamic add to cart block in Klaviyo.

2. Select the form you want to add to the cart.

3. Click 'Add blocks' to enhance your form with additional elements to drive conversions.

4. Select 'Buttons' to add a button element to create clear calls-to-action for subscribers.

5. Adjust button placement for optimal visual hierarchy and flow.

6. Add a button text.

7. Set up the 'Go to URL' action to direct subscribers after form submission.

8. Paste your dynamic link in the URL field.

9. Select 'Publish' to save and share.
