Go to the Insert tab in the ribbon and click Header & Footer in the Text group.
Scroll down to the bottom of the worksheet to access the footer area.
Click in the footer area and type the desired text.
Customize the footer by adding text, page numbers, or other details, then click outside the footer area to save changes.
