1. Open your Power BI Desktop and click 'Blank report'.

2. On the top ribbon, click the 'Insert' tab.

3. Then, click 'Image' to add a picture.

4. Browse and select the picture from your computer. The picture will appear on the report canvas. Resize or move it as needed.

5. Click 'File' to save.

6. Provide a name for your file, and you have successfully added a picture to Power BI.
