How to Add a Reply-To Email Address in SendGrid

  1. On SendGrid's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'Marketing'.

  2. Choose 'Senders' from the list of options.

  3. After that, find the sender you wish to edit and then click its corresponding 'More Options' button.

  4. Tap 'Edit' to proceed.

  5. Find and click the 'Reply To' input field, then type the specific email address you want to use.

  6. Once done, click 'Save' to proceed.

  7. After completing these steps, the reply-to email address will be added accordingly.
