1. To get started, head over to the right-hand corner and click 'Visualizations'.

2. Under the Build Visual tab, find and select 'Slicer'.

3. After that, click the 'Data' pane to proceed further.

4. Tick the checkbox beside the fields you want to use.

5. Subsequently, grab the Slicer visual and then drag it to your desired position.

6. After completing these steps, a Slicer visual will be added to your Power BI report.
