How to Add Tooltip in Power BI

Go to the page where you want to create a tooltip and click the button.
With the button selected, click the 'Format button'.
Click 'Action'.
Look for the 'Tooltip' option and turn it 'ON'.
Set the 'Format style' and field.
Once done, click 'OK'.
Now, when you hover over the button, the custom tooltip will be added in Power BI.
