Inside your Microsoft Excel worksheet, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Insert'.
Select 'Header & Footer' from the available options.
After that, tap the 'Add Header tab'.
Next, choose the 'Picture' option and then select the image file you wish to use as a watermark.
Click anywhere around the worksheet to apply the changes.
After completing these steps, the watermark will be added to your MS Excel document.
