1. Inside Amplitude's Chart Editor, tap the 'Add' icon at the bottom-right section of the chart preview.

2. Provide all the necessary annotation details. For instance, specify the Affected Date, add a unique Annotation Name, and write a short Description. Furthermore, you may switch on the Visibility toggle if you prefer to apply the annotation to all charts.

3. Once done, tap 'Save' to proceed.

4. After completing these steps, the annotation will be added to your Amplitude chart.
