  1. Navigate to your Calendly home page and copy the scheduling link you desire to share.

  2. Navigate to your email program. Under the 'Signature' menu, click '+Create new'.

  3. Enter your signature name.

  4. Click 'Create'.

  5. Enter the text you want in your signature.

  6. Select the insert link icon in the toolbar.

  7. Add the text to display your link.

  8. Paste the scheduling link in the URL box. 

  9. Click 'OK' to confirm.

  10. Select 'Save changes' and test your link.
