Salesforce - How to Add Campaign Member Status in Salesforce



Guide

  1. Go to the Setup menu.

  2. Go to Object Manager and select it.

  3. Find the Campaigns object and click on it.

  4. In the campaign object settings page,  click on the Page Layouts section in the sidebar.

  5. Select the existing Campaign Layout editor page.

  6. In the toolbox on the left side, locate the Related Lists section.

  7. Drag and drop the Campaign Member Statuses related list onto the desired location on your campaign layout.

  8. Drop the component.

  9. Save the changes.
