1. In the Jira menu bar, select 'Plans'.

2. Click the relevant plan where you want to manage capacity.

3. Click on the 'Teams' tab to see the teams you’ve set up.

4. Select the team for which you want to set capacity and click the ellipsis icon.

5. Select 'Team settings'.

6. You will see a section for 'Capacity' where you can specify the capacity in terms of hours or story points.

7. Click 'Done' to save your changes.
