How to Add Categories in WordPress

1. On the left sidebar, hover your mouse cursor over the 'Posts' option and click 'Categories'.

2. Tap 'Add New Category' at the top-right corner.

3. After that, enter your preferred category name into the provided input field.

4. Subsequently, provide a short description of the new category.

5. Once done, click 'Add'.

6. After completing these steps, the new category will be added to your WordPress website.
