Guide
Go to Settings (gear icon) on the top right.
Select Issues from the dropdown.
Go to Custom fields in the left pane.
Hit Create custom field on the top right.
Select Checkboxes as your field type.
Give a Name and add the Options you want to display. Hit Create.
