Open Power BI Desktop and select your visual.
Go to the 'Modeling' tab.
Select 'Quick Measure'.
Select a calculation.
Add the 'Base Value' and 'Category'.
Click 'Add' to apply changes.
A new measure appears that counts the number of entries.
