1. Click the gear icon to access your profile settings.

2. Under the 'Jira Settings', select 'System'.

3. Under the 'Automation' tab, go to 'Global automation'.

4. Go to the 'Rules' tab.

5. Click 'Create rule'.

6. Add and select the trigger for your rule.

7. Under the 'Add component', click 'Add action'.

8. Scroll and select 'Manage watchers'.

9. Click the drop-down arrow and add your watchers.

10. Add a rule name and click 'Turn on rule'.

11. That's it! You have successfully added the list of users you prefer.
