Go to Setup on the top right.
Select Object Manager.
Go to the object where you want to attach files (e.g., Product).
Under the object, navigate to Relationships & Fields.
Click New to create a relationship.
Select Text Area (Rich): This is a Rich Text field.
And provide an appropriate Field Label (e.g., "Product Screenshot").
Hit Next.
Leave the default permissions and hit Next.
Make sure the Page Layout is checked and hit Save.
