1. Begin by creating a new email.

2. Click "Design Email" to enter the email editor.

3. Select a suitable template for your email.

4. Within the email editor, access the "Content" tab and drag an "Apps" content block into your email layout.

5. Expand the "Instagram" option.

6. Connect Mailchimp to your desired Instagram account.

7. After connecting successfully, the email editor will display your account username, layout style options, available posts, and more in the "Apps" sidebar.

8. Make desired changes and preview your email to ensure everything looks and functions as expected.
