How To Add Lost Reason In Pipedrive



Guide

  1. Click on the profile button at the top right corner.

  2. Click on the Company settings option.

  3. Under Company settings, locate and open the Lost reasons tab.

  4. Click on the + Lost reason button to add a new one.

  5. Enter your custom reason.

  6. Click on Save.

  7. You now have a new Lost reason you can use to track losses.

  8. Now, when you click on the Lost deal button from the detailed view.

  9. You will find your new reason listed as an option.
