How to Add Macros in Zendesk



Guide

  1. Head over to the bottom-left corner, then click 'Apply Macro'.

  2. Choose the specific macro you prefer to use and then tap the 'Preview' icon next to it.

  3. Check the ready-made message under the Public Reply tab and specify your desired Status Category afterwards. Once done, click 'Apply Macro' to proceed.

  4. Finally, click 'Submit as Pending'.

  5. After completing these steps, a new ticket containing the macro will be created and delivered to the intended recipient.
