How to Add Trigger Categories in Zendesk



Guide

  1. On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'Objects and Rules'.

  2. Scroll down to the Business Rules section and select 'Triggers'.

  3. Following that, click on the drop-down arrow next to 'Create Trigger' and then choose 'Create Category'.

  4. Assign a unique name to the category you wish to create and then enter it into the provided input field at the bottom section of the dashboard.

  5. Once done, click 'Create' to proceed.

  6. After completing these steps, the new trigger category will be added instantly.
