Guide

1. Click the 'Email marketing' tab located above the main dashboard.

2. You can edit an existing email by selecting it from your list of emails.

3. Under 'Design and content', click 'Edit message'.

4. In order to add a video to your email drag and drop the video block to your canva by clicking the 'Video' block.

5. Enter the Video URL in the space provided and click 'Go'.

6. You can edit the 'Play button shape' by clicking the drop-down arrow.

7. You may also change the button color by selecting the color for 'Play button color'.

8. Go to 'Test and Preview' and click 'Preview'.

9. Use the preview function to see how your email looks on desktop and mobile devices.

10. Once satisfied, click 'Save and exit'.
