1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

3. Search and select 'PagerDuty' as the trigger app.

4. Select a trigger event.

5. Connect and authorize your PagerDuty account in Zapier.

6. Customize your trigger.

7. Click 'Test trigger' to ensure Zapier receives sample incident data.

8. Select 'Jira Software Cloud'.

9. Click 'Create a new issue' as your action event.

10. Link your Jira account.

11. Configure the issue fields and click 'Continue'.

12. Click 'Test step' to test the workflow.

13. After successful testing, click 'Publish'.
