Guide

1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Select 'Gmail' as the trigger app.

4. Click 'New Email' as the trigger event.

5. Authorize Zapier to access your Gmail account.

6. Select the label or mailbox and click 'Continue'.

8. Search and select 'Pipedrive' as the action app.

9. Add an action for Pipedrive.

10. Authorize Zapier to access your Pipedrive account by clicking the 'Allow and Install' button.

11. Configure the action and click 'Continue'.

12. Click 'Test step' to send a test email to your Gmail account matching the trigger criteria.

13. Once testing is successful, click 'Publish' to turn on the zap to automate the workflow.
