How to Back Up Microsoft Planner

1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'My Plans'.

2. After that, find and open the plan you want to back up.

3. Navigate to the top menu bar, then click the drop-down arrow next to the arrow name.

4. Subsequently, click 'Export Plan to Excel'.

5. After completing these steps, the selected plan will be exported to your local storage as an Excel file. Keep your copy in a safe space and consider it a backup of your plan.
