How to Backup MS Access Database

Open the Access database that you want to back up. Click on the 'File' tab in the ribbon.
Select 'Save As'.
Under the 'Save Database As' section, select 'Backup Database'.
Click 'Save As'.
In the dialog box, choose the folder where you want to save the backup file and click 'Save'.
