Head over to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the 'Settings' option.
Select 'Discussion'.
Scroll down and go to 'Disallowed comments'.
In the empty field, you can easily add the IP addresses, keywords, and usernames that you want to block.
Click on the 'Save' button to secure the changes to your website.
A notification pops up, once you have successfully updated your discussion settings.
