1. Navigate to the left-side panel and then click the specific layer you want to blur.

2. Following that, go to the right-side panel and tap 'Effects' under the Design tab.

3. Click the drop-down menu and select 'Layer Blur'.

4. Next, tap the 'Effect Settings' icon to make a few adjustments.

5. Specify your preferred blur level and enter it into the provided input field.

6. After completing these steps, the blur effect will be added to the selected Figma layer.
