1. Browse your long-form content, then copy the part you want to add to your Buffer post.

2. After that, head back to Buffer's Create Post panel and paste the excerpt from your long-form content into the text field. Customize its format based on your preference.

3. Subsequently, tap the 'Upload' tab and select the media file you wish to attach.

4. Once done, review the post and click 'Add to Queue' or 'Save as Draft'.

5. After completing these steps, the social media post will be created and saved to your Buffer account. Repeat the same series of steps until all the highlights from your long-form content are converted into Buffer posts.
