How to Cancel a Xero Subscription



Guide

  1. On Xero's main dashboard, go to the top-left corner and click the 'Company' tab.

  2. Select 'Subscription and Billing' from the list of options.

  3. After that, click 'Manage Subscription'.

  4. Find the subscription you wish to cancel, then click its corresponding 'More Options' button.

  5. Tap 'Cancel Subscription' to proceed.

  6. Finally, specify the reason for your cancellation and then tap 'Confirm Cancellation'.
