How to Cancel Jira Subscription

Go to settings and click the gear icon located at the upper left side of your Jira dashboard.
Select 'Billing'.
You will be directed to the 'Billing preview'.
In the 'Subscription details', click the ellipsis icon.
Select 'Cancel subscription'.
Click 'Cancel subscription'.
Select a feedback from the choices below.
Once you have selected a reason, click 'Submit feedback'.
By following these steps, you can cancel your Jira subscription whenever you want.
