How to Cancel Jira Ticket

Select the ticket that you want to cancel.
Go to the status menu and click on it.
Click 'View workflow'.
Click 'Edit workflow'.
Select 'To-do status' located above the edit workflow.
Create a status and click on it.
Click 'Add'.
Select 'Update workflow'.
Click 'Save changes'.
Configure the columns and statuses of your Jira tickets and click 'Save changes;.
Click on the current status of the ticket and select 'Cancelled'.
Confirm the status change, and the ticket should now be marked as 'Cancelled'.
