1. On your Fiverr dashboard, scroll down and select 'Help & Support'.

2. Choose a category and select 'Gigs'.

3. Click 'Contact us'.

4. Select 'Selling on Fiverr'.

5. Under the 'Gigs' section, select 'Get your Gigs statistics'.

6. Click 'I still need to get help'.

7. Enter the subject title in the empty field.

8. Describe the important facts to quickly resolve the request.

9. Select a 'Gig' by clicking the drop-down arrow.

10. Click 'Send request'.
