On Smartsheet's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'More'.
Select 'Account' from the available choices.
After that, click 'Plan & Billing Info' to proceed.
Tap 'Cancel Account'.
Subsequently, click 'Switch to Free'.
Tick the radio button beside the item that best explains your reason.
Finally, tap 'OK' to proceed.
