Guide

1. Open the Jira ticket from your board.

2. Click on the three dots menu on the top right and hit Move.

3. If it's a services project, you might need to move the ticket to a different project that has the other issue type configured. (Scrum board etc.)

4. Choose the new issue type you want (Example: "Story.")

5. Hit Next.

6. Update the Status to which the converted issue should be set.

7. Confirm to finish.
