Click your profile icon located at the upper right side of your Jira dashboard.
Select 'Manage account'.
Go to the 'Account preferences' tab.
Go to the 'Language' section, click the drop-down menu
Select your preferred language in Jira.
That's it! You have successfully changed the language in Jira.
