1. Go to ChatGPT and enter your email address to log in, then select Continue.

2. Click Forgot password to change your password.

3. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your ChatGPT or OpenAI account, then hit Continue.

4. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from OpenAI, then click the Reset your password link.

5. Enter a new password and choose a strong password that you can remember and re-enter it.

6. Once done, click Reset password. You can log in to your ChatGPT or OpenAI account with your new credentials.
