1. Visit your site and navigate to 'Posts'.

2. Select 'Categories'.

3. Once you have access to your 'Categories', go to 'View' and click 'Classic view'.

4. Look for the 'Name' field and hover over your mouse to a category. Click 'Edit' to change the slug.

5. In the 'Edit Category', go to the 'Name' field and type the new text for your URL.

6. Click the 'Update' button to save changes.

7. Click 'Go to categories' to verify the changes.

8. That's it! You have successfully changed your slug in WordPress.
